Custom printed items
Because every Kanvasio item is made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Defective (printing error, material fault, wrong item)
- Damaged in transit
How to report an issue
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:
- Email hello@kanvasio.co.uk with your order number
- Attach clear photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
Sizing
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size when the correct sizing information was available.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Replacements follow the standard production timeline of 2–4 business days + shipping.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
